Peter Karlson and Martin Luscher introduced a term ‘’pheromones usa’’ in 1959 based on Greek word pherein which means to transport and hormone which means to stimulate. This term is given to attract their mate. Any chemical compound is secreted by an organism to attractor to get reaction from same species. This is spread widely through insects. This brings creatures together to search food or to give signals in case of danger. It acts as a molecular messenger which transmits information from one member to another of same species. Throughout nature it acts a common way of communication including some microorganisms such as fungi. In social insects, such as ants and termites, there may be as many different ways to communicate or to coordinate in case of complex activities which may be followed to maintain a better situation. Mammalian behavior is more difficult to study. There are, however, a small number of well-characterized mammalian pheromones usa from pigs, dogs, hamsters, mice, and marmosets. There is great potential for controlling the behavior of a given species by manipulating its natural chemical signals. For example, pheromones usa have been used to disrupt the reproduction of certain insect pests. This approach can lead to reduced use of pesticides as well as advances in the control of both agricultural pests and disease vectors. This naturally occurring sexual attractor hormone plays a big role in mating of animals but it also plays a great role in human species as well. This is secreted by the body externally and is moved form on place to another with the help of air signals which provide information to the opposite sex of same species. In 1986 Dr. Winifred Cutler, founder of Athena Institute and her colleagues conducted the first controlled scientific study to find the existence of pheromones usa in human. The first pheromone ever identified was a powerful sex attractant for silkworm moths. A team of German researchers worked 20 years on this research. After they removed certain glands at the tip of the abdomen of 500.000 female moths, they extracted a curious compound. A smallest amount of it made the male moths move their wings so fast as if they danced madly. This showed that male moths sensed that gland. The final chemical obtained by the scientists was pure pheromone. It has been simply found that if a single female moth releases the entire chemical at one time then she could attract a trillion males in a single time. These are little invisible signals that all organisms give off.
